Projects

  • Project BRT Transolímpica (2015-2016) – Responsible for contractual administration of the project, which aimed to balance the economic and financial issue of a contract that aimed to build 13.1 km of highway, 27 OAEs, 3 km of tunnels and dozens of containments. Its role was the administrative management of claims, correspondence, technical defense in engineering matters and contract risk analysis, resulting in the recovery of balance and achievement of the contracted budget, with a project value of around R$2.5 billion (2016)
  • Project Duplication of BR-040 (2014-2015) – Responsible for managing contracts to reduce costs and financial losses. Worked with claims management and contractual administration, protocol of 25 scope changes, management of daily work reports and contractual documentation, in addition to budget, protocol, negotiation and amendment of claims and design changes. As a result, it identified and resolved problems with a contract worth R$3.7bn (2014 – 2015), working from the draft to the end of the contract.
  • Project Estaleiro Petrobrás (2013-2014) – Responsible for the adm. Contract for the renovation and expansion of the Petrobras shipyard, focusing on scope management, with a focus on reducing terms and costs and increasing revenue. As a result, it achieved the delivery of the main services (2013 – 2014).
  • Barragem de Pedreira (2020) – Technical support for claims management, engineering and scope changes.
  • BRT Transcarioca (2019) – Technical Assistance of the Work for administrative-judicial actions in progress.
  • Project BR-040 (2016-2020) – Technical assistance of the work for arbitration in progress
  • Project Mina de Al-Baitha Ma’aden Bauxite and Alumina Company (Dubai/Jeddah 2011/2012) – Responsible for the Preparation/Revision of Technical-Commercial Proposal and discussion of the Contract Draft and dozens of Annexes.
  • Ponte Salvador – Ilha de Itaparica (2018-2019) – PMI elaboration, engineering, construction planning and project budget study valued at R$ 6 billion.
